Four service lines
Each line has a different document path. We will say which one applies before work starts.
[1]
Work visa recruitment
We help employers and candidates prepare for work-visa recruitment where a genuine job requirement exists. This includes understanding the role, screening candidates, and coordinating employment documents. Visa approval is decided by the authorities, not by us.
[2]
Study visa support
We explain study-visa pathways, typical admission and document checklists, and the difference between a study plan and a work permit. We do not promise admission or a visa decision.
[3]
Travel visa support
We help travellers understand the purpose of a travel visa, the usual document set, and appointment preparation. A travel visa is not a work permit and does not authorise employment.
[4]
Skilled manpower supply
We source construction workers, electricians, plumbers, technicians, drivers, factory workers, and welders for employers who have a defined requirement. Matching depends on skills, documents, and employer selection.
Occupational profiles and typical requirements
Publish a salary, employer name, or vacancy count only after it is confirmed. Until then, use these profiles as the requirement guide.
[1]
Construction Worker
Construction workers support building, renovation, and site work. Duties depend on the employer and the worker’s experience. Typical requirements include relevant construction experience, the physical ability to do the assigned work, familiarity with common tools and materials, and the ability to follow site safety instructions. A trade certificate is expected where the vacancy requires one. Basic English, or another language named by the employer, may be requested. Medical and police clearance are general process steps only when that vacancy requires them. Preferred site experience can include masonry, concrete, steel fixing, or general building work.
[2]
Electrician
Electricians install, maintain, or repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Typical requirements include relevant electrical experience, the ability to read basic diagrams, and a vocational or trade certificate where the role requires one. Destination-country licensing or recognition may apply and must be checked for each vacancy. Basic English may help; German or another local language may be required for some roles, especially in Germany. Medical and police clearance are process steps only when required for that recruitment. This profile does not mean every electrician qualifies for every European job.
[3]
Plumber
Plumbers and pipe fitters install and repair water, drainage, and related piping. Typical requirements include relevant plumbing or pipe-fitting experience, accurate measuring, the ability to follow basic drawings, and a trade certificate where the employer requires one. Commercial, industrial, or heating experience is useful when the vacancy asks for it. Language needs and medical or police clearance depend on the destination and the employer. They are typical process steps, not a promise of selection or visa approval.
[4]
Technician
Technicians in this profile are mechanical and industrial maintenance technicians who inspect equipment, help with repairs, and follow maintenance and safety procedures. Typical requirements include technical education or practical experience, knowledge of mechanical tools, and the ability to follow technical instructions. A qualification or trade certificate is expected where the vacancy requires one. Hydraulics, pneumatics, or production-machinery experience is useful when specified. Language, medical, and police-clearance needs vary by job and are not guaranteed steps for every candidate.
[5]
Driver
Drivers move goods or passengers according to the employer’s routes and the destination’s road rules. Typical requirements include appropriate driving experience, a valid licence for the vehicle category, and any professional driving credential the employer or destination requires. A Bangladeshi licence does not automatically authorise professional driving in every European country. Recognition and work authorisation must be checked for the specific job. Medical and police clearance may be part of the process when required. This profile is not a confirmed driving vacancy.
[6]
Factory Worker
Factory and production workers support assembly, packaging, material handling, and production-line work. Typical requirements include the ability to follow workplace and safety instructions, attention to detail, and factory experience where the employer asks for it. Shift, language, and physical requirements depend on the actual vacancy. A certificate is relevant only when the role requires one. Medical and police clearance are general process steps when the destination or employer requires them, not a condition this website can waive or guarantee.
[7]
Welder
Welders and fabricators join and assemble metal for construction, manufacturing, and engineering work. Typical requirements include practical welding experience, knowledge of the equipment to be used, the ability to read drawings, and a welding certificate where the employer requires one. A practical assessment may be used. The process (such as MIG/MAG, TIG, or MMA) must be named in a real vacancy. Language needs vary. Medical and police clearance apply only when that recruitment requires them. Certification for one process does not qualify a welder for every European job.
From inquiry to visa support
Recruitment does not guarantee a job offer, work permit, or visa. Those decisions rest with the employer and the relevant authorities.
[1]
Inquiry
An employer describes the roles, location, and selection criteria, or a candidate asks about an occupational profile. This conversation does not create a job offer.
[2]
Screening
We review experience, trade certificates where relevant, language basics, and identity documents supplied by the candidate. A practical assessment may be arranged when the occupation needs one.
[3]
Employer matching
Suitable profiles are discussed with an employer who has a real requirement. The employer decides whether to interview or select. We do not claim an existing contract in every target country.
[4]
Document preparation
After selection, we help organise the papers that the employer and the destination ask for. Medical checks and police clearance are included when that process requires them.
[5]
Visa application support
We help prepare the application file and explain the next official steps. The embassy, immigration authority, or other competent body decides the visa or work authorisation.
